I. General Rules

1. Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
2. Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.

3. Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.

4. We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.

5. If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, it will be refunded to the same card.

1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the use of the internet platform https://www.devinriver.bg/, the software applications to it and the electronic services offered through them (hereinafter referred to as “Services” ).
1.2. The platform https://www.devinriver.bg/ is maintained and managed by AP Management Group OOD, with its registered office and management address at 57A Kazbek Street, 1680, Sofia, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 131550922.
1.3. When using the internet platform https://www.devinriver.bg/ and the services offered through it, contractual relations arise between the User of services and AP Management Group Ltd., therefore the User must be an adult according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18 years of age/ and must carefully familiarize himself with these General Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The subject of these General Terms and Conditions are the services offered through the platform https://www.devinriver.bg/ - making by the User a reservation of accommodation in the accommodation places specified in the platform according to the conditions described in detail in each specific offer, as well as making a reservation of additional services such as, but not limited to - transfer, meals, spa services, equipment rental.
1.5. In order to use the services offered through the platform https://www.devinriver.bg/, the User, by clicking with the mouse on the place designated for this, before finalizing each inquiry, reservation, must declare that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Finalizing the reservation confirms that the User /together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation for the use of the same services/ is familiar with and has accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser or protocol used by the User.
1.7. Electronic services offered and maintained by third parties may also be provided through the platform https://www.devinriver.bg/, pursuant to a contract concluded between them and AP Management Group OOD.
4.4. With the payment method "Credit card" The amount of the prepayment will be announced during the reservation procedure. You enter your credit card information in the relevant fields of the reservation form. This information is transmitted to the accommodation via secure communications on a secure server in order to guarantee your reservation. The accommodation decides to withhold or block this amount of money from your credit card, which is equivalent to the amount of the order. If the accommodation cannot perform the necessary transactions on your card to guarantee your reservation, your reservation may be canceled by the accommodation. Please ensure that your credit card is not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover your stay.

  • We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
  • If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.


4.5. With the payment method “Bank transfer“: The amount of the prepayment will be announced during the reservation procedure. Cashless transactions are available to legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made within 3 days after the reservation act. In case the requested services are not paid for within 72 hours of receiving the e-mail with the specific offer, the same is considered withdrawn and the reservation made is automatically canceled. Reservations made immediately before the date of travel, for which payment must be made at the time of booking, cannot be paid by bank transfer.
4.6. The reservation can be paid by the client in cash upon arrival at the accommodation (for offers where this type of payment is applicable).
4.7. After making the payment, a Confirmation of the reservation is received at the e-mail address entered by the User. The User can receive an invoice for the payment made upon check-in /in original/ and /or be sent to him by e-mail upon request.

V. Prices
5.1. The prices indicated on the platform https://devinriver.bg/ are gross, including 9% or 20% VAT, resort fee and insurance, depending on the service.
5.2. The total price payable by the User for the services requested by him is calculated depending on the number and type of services booked, the number of people using them /adults and/or children/ and the current price offer for the respective service. The prices do not include additional fees and services that are not mentioned in the specific reservation and that are due on site /if any/.
5.3. AP Management Group Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on the platform https://www.devinriver.bg/, depending on the demand and the currently available vacancies. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.
5.4. Payment is made in Bulgarian leva at the BNB fixing rate for the day.
VI. Reservation and accommodation.
6.1 Reservations and accommodation
6. 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions oblige AP Management Group Ltd. to provide the reservation requested and paid for by the User
6.1.2. The "Notes" field in the reservation form is not mandatory for AP Management Group Ltd. and all wishes of the User filled in in the said field will be satisfied only if possible.
6.1.3. For the purpose of the reservation, only persons who are under 12 years of age as of the start date of use of the services are accepted as children
6.1.4. In the event that extraordinary circumstances require AP Management Group Ltd. to cancel an accommodation reservation requested and paid for by the User, AP Management Group Ltd. shall notify the User immediately and the User shall have the right to choose one of the following alternatives:
a) to accept accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category, and if impossible and in the event of accommodation in a lower category, to be reimbursed the difference between the paid service and the actual price;
b) to request a refund of the amount paid, under the terms and conditions set out below.
c) to use the amount paid for another period of accommodation within a period set by the company. Upon acceptance of this type of compensation, subsequent changes are not possible.
VII. Cancellations and changes.
7.1. Requests for cancellation of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail to the address devinriver@aphotels.bg
7.2. In case of cancellation by the User or in case of no-show:
For standard reservations where no deposit is required - free cancellation - no penalty is due
For reservations requiring advance payment - 100% of the amount due and/or the transferred deposit is withheld as a penalty. For certain reservations, the accommodation may offer to use the paid amount for another period of accommodation within a certain time. After providing a voucher for using the paid amount, requests for refunds cannot be made.
During the reservation procedure, please read the reservation conditions, the rules for special offers, as well as the cancellation conditions, which are indicated on the website, in the reservation form and/or the reservation confirmation.

7.3. In case of cancellation by AP Management Group Ltd., the amount paid by the user is refunded after a written request by e-mail to the address: devinriver@aphotels.bg, submitted no later than 30 days after the date of accommodation. The application must contain: name and surname of the User, reservation number, date and type of payment. The refund of the amount is made in the manner and to the account from which the payment was made within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of the written request
7.4. Changes to paid reservations
7.4.1. Requests for changes to the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail to the address devinriver@aphotels.bg. no later than 30 days from the date of accommodation.
7.4.2. The team of https://devinriver.bg/ will do everything possible to satisfy the User's requests to change a paid reservation, but does not guarantee its implementation. Changes to paid reservations are made only if possible and are valid only after receiving written confirmation from the place of accommodation at the e-mail address specified by the User.
7.4.3. In the event of a change in a paid reservation, changes may occur in the price of the reservation, in accordance with the new conditions. In this case, the change in the reservation is valid after making an additional payment by the User.
7.4.4. In the event of a change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately before the start date of the reserved service, when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be equated to a cancellation and the User may be charged the relevant penalties.
7.4.5. In all cases of cancellation/change, regardless of which party, after the expiry of a 30-day period without objections, it is considered that the parties are satisfied and changes, compensations cannot be made and are not due.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATION (EC) 2016/679 GDPR
AP Management Group Ltd. is a personal data controller and processes the provided personal information and transaction information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Tourism Act, the E-Commerce Act and the relevant EP directives.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When and what personal information is stored and processed by AP Management Group Ltd. and what do we use the provided data for?
In order to provide and improve the electronic services of the AP Management Group Ltd. platform and for the needs of administering the resources to it, we collect, store, use and process personal data in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

With a written request within 30 days, you can receive information about the type of personal data provided and the purpose of their processing, as well as request that we remove any records of your personal information, without the possibility of further processing.

This may also be related to the termination of your registrations for our games, services, electronic newsletters, etc., for the purposes of which you initially provided us with your personal data.
